By the way for those who missed out on the Commonwealth Essay questions, here they are :)
#1. Interview an animal for your local newspaper /radio. Send in the transcript of your interview.
#2. Write about three plants /trees that're most important in your country.
#3. What you don't want to be when you grow up.
#4. You have a distant cousin living in a different Commonwealth country. Write a letter introducing yourself and your home.
#5. Write about the sea or a mountain or both.
#6. "The Beautiful Game": Why does football inspire such passion around the world?
Commonwealth question Over 1.8 billion people participating in Commonwealth are aged 25 and above. What changes in your country would enhance the lives of the young?
Write between 500-700 words.
It is okay to bypass the limit.
(Though Mrs Vincent says they're quite picky about number of words)
Do research and DO NOT write the story out.
We'll write it out in class on Wednesday.
